Payments & Registration Updates

If you already registered and need to make a payment or want to update your session selections, click here to log into the registration site. You will need your email address and registrant ID to log in. These can be found in your Registration Confirmation email. For instructions on making your payment, see the Frequently Asked Questions page. If you registered for the Fire Sale in May with a deposit or took advantage of the split payment option* during Early Bird Registration, your second payment is due in full on January 31, 2016. Please note that you will NOT be charged an additional fee when you pay the balance of your registration. The warning about a $55 charge applies to declined credit card transactions only.  

IMPORTANT NOTE: The 50% deposit option is a member benefit that is offered during the Early Bird registration period only. It is available to all NAPO members. You will have the ability to select this payment option on the credit card information page. Should you choose to register with a 50% deposit, the remaining 50% balance will be due no later than January 31, 2016. Registrants with a past due balance as of February 1, 2016 will automatically be charged the effective rate at time of payment.

Cancellation Policy:

NAPO® will refund the registration fee, less a $75 administrative fee, for a written cancellation request received no later than April 6, 2016. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after April 6, 2016. All requests should be sent through the contact form. NAPO® reserves the right to substitute faculty or to cancel or reschedule sessions due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances.
